Hello
Well, what rags are most popular among American pistol-shooting public?

I'm looking for few most widespread ones, which might be interested to publish an overview on the book about pistols; my publisher certainly wants to attract most potential buyers to this title, and, surely, i'm interested too.

If there is someone who works for such mags, we can discuss possibilities of such review directly. Also, i can promise that some (few) members of this forum will receive their free copies, signed by author, as soon as the author himself will get the package.

Intrigued?
More details on the book are here (http://world.guns.ru/handguns/pistolbook-e.htm) and here (http://www.crowoodpress.co.uk/2004/book_details.asp?ISBN=1+86126+894+7)

Publishing date is November 22th...

In case of any questions, feel free to contact me ;)

I like American Handgunner. Articles by Massad Ayoob and Clint Smith every issue. A little bit of John Connor, to boot. Search for "Little Lizzie" for a sample of his writing.

Also a respectable sales ranking today (59,000s) You might want to look up American Handgunner on your web brouser and think about sending a copy to Roy Huntington.

Most of the gunzines have web sites.

I have them bookmarked and preview them ever so often...If an article pops up you can view it or preview it....Different Zines, different previews.

Then make your purchase or pass.

I do take G&A, Looong story. Guns & American Hangunner, I like big pix.;)

I'd rank them:
1911 mags
Ruger Mk2 mags
Glock mags

You can always find these at gun shows and stores.

American Handgunner and Concealed Carry Magazine are the only two that I consistently read cover to cover.
