A friend of mine has a Taurus 111, and she really likes the way it fits her hand. The trigger pull is fairly heavy though. I suggested she shoot it a lot, and the trigger would clean up. :D

Short of that, are there any smiths working on these that you folks can recommend?

I'd be interested as well, my wife has one and I'm sure she'd love a trigger job..

I have a feeling though that it'll be difficult to find anyone to work on these. I did a trigger job on my Makarov and made incredible improvements on it, so I might just dig in and do it ;-)

The cheapest and easiest trick is to give the old tennis ball a little work out. Building up hand strength will do the most good. Trigger jobs allow very good shooting to just that one gun, a stronger hand takes care of that problem to all guns
