What you are about to see is disturbing. A man on the ground being handcuffed, while another police officer discharges here weapon. Was it an accident? Or was the officer a little trigger happy? You be the judge. :mad:

With that, I broke it down frame by frame to see what happened.

Looks to me like she had her finger on the trigger the whole time. It stayed that way when she began to drop her aim and holster the gun. This is when it "negligently fired"...

Looks like the bullet hit right by his head too. All of them are lucky.

It appears to me that Mr. Handcuffed may get a hefty settlement from that police department.
