Who would be up for a write in/call in so that S&W will make a limited run of 5" blued mountain guns in 44 mag?

One of the local shops in my area has a new 29 Mountain Gun. I thought if was a 24 initially, but the owner said it was new, came direct from a S&W distributor. 4 incher BTW. Looks nice, I'm thinking about it.

The limited blued MGs were made up from leftover N-frames(Four-screw) from the limited run of Heritage revolvers.

That figures!

I much prefer the look of a blued revolver to a stainless.

Then I guess model 19's ain't comin' back! What a shame, blued S&W revolvers just have a certain appeal. I like the ease of maintenance with stainless, but the blued carbon steel just has a look to it!
