I just got a new P3AT, but I'm not happy with the choice of Uncle Mikes pocket holsters. It doesn't quite fit a #1 nor a #2 w/o modification. Apparently, I need a purpose built pocket rig. Can anyone suggest a good alternative for serious carry in right front pants pocket? Thanks in advance.

K&D Holsters (http://www.kdholsters.com/holsters_accessories.shtml)
Hedley Holsters (http://hedleyholsters.com/keltec.html)
Grandfather Oak Kydex (http://www.grandfatheroak.com/index.html)
DeSantis - Nemesis (http://www.desantisholster.com/n38.html)
Just a small sampling of possibilities.

I have a K&D Pocket Defender for my P3AT. Been carrying it happily for nearly two years now.
Been thinking of getting a Nemesis, as well, since they're fairly inexpensive and would seem to work better for the times I carry the gun in a cargo pocket. The P3AT/K&D combo tends to move around a bit in such a large pocket.

I carry my Kimber Ultra Carry II very comfortably and effectively in a Sam Andrews www.andrewsleather.com pocket holster. It prints like a wallet, is curved to fit my thigh, is easy to draw from and reholster, and is reasonably priced.

I have a hedley back pocket holster that is absolutely perfect. It can be used inthe front pocket as well and provide good concealment.

I've been using a HBE leatherworks pocket holster for my P32 for the past year and a half. It works great.

DeSantis makes a nice leather pocket holster with mag pouch called 'The Sting'. Much nicer than nylon...

You may want to check out Bob Mika's pocket holsters. I just ordered a couple based on positive forum reviews.
