Hi all... need opinions for a first AR...

Local shop has a barely used Bushy in the rack for $700. 20" free-float Hbar, carry handle upper w/scout length Pictinny rail, Hogue grip. There's a little bit of wear on the dust cover, and that is it. Is this a good deal?

I'm kinda sorta AR shopping myself. I'd jump on it myself, seeing as how the same setup in my parts goes for aorund $900ish.
