Beretta 92F. Endless supply of factory parts and aftermarket upgrades. Tough pistol, will eat anything. Tons of holsters and accessories.
Something doesn't sit right with me considering Taurus'.
CZ makes fine pistols also, but I do prefer the 92F. I have the M9 with some Hogues slapped on her...LOVE IT!

Haven't owned a Taurus, but had one of the Italian made 92fs and pre-B CZ 75. The Beretta displayed much better fit and finish. Both were 100% reliable with any 9mm tried (and I tried to find something that wouldn't function in either one-Nope they both worked 100% with everything). Both good guns in my opinion.

Another vote for the beretta 92. I have owned a BHP for many years, and i can shoot better with the beretta, the sights are that much better right out of the box. I've only had the 92 for the past 6 months, so i can't vouch for years and years of trouble-free service as i could with the browning, but as far as shooting accurately goes, the beretta is a great choice.

The Beretta, hands down.

Pick any of the ones you list and you'll get a good pistol. I own both a Beretta 92f and a Taurus 92 (older version w/o decock) and while the Beretta is a little more refined with better finish they are both exceptionally reliable with good accuracy. I've never owned a CZ but one of the best DA triggers I've pulled was on a CZ75b.

Any would be fine, I think to select one would be too close to call. I have a CZ 75B that I love, I had an old Taurus 92 that was fine.

Best all around? I would say Glock 17 but as listed, CZ. My duty gun was a Beretta 96D and I hated it. I guess it all depends on what you intend to use it for. that's why I mentioned the G17 because it is used worldwide.

1) CZ - Ergonomic and Solid
2) Taurus - Better Safety location that Beretta
3) Beretta - I personally don't like a slide mounted safety.

Make sure you get to feel each one in your hand (though the Beretta and Taurus should be the same). I'll assume that you have already, and all 3 feel good enough.
I really liked the Beretta design, and almost made that my first gun choice. Instead, I went with a Baby Eagle, which is considered to be a clone of the CZ model. It is a good gun, though heavy (which aids nicely with recoil). I would recommend this as an option if you open up your choices.
While the Taurus is cheaper and may not be as nicely finished as the Beretta, it does have a lifetime warranty, which may mean a lot to you.

The CZ is an excellent gun, look at some of the past posts, from what I have read CZ owners seem to be the happiest/satisfied, right up there with Glocks and the XD's.

As others have said, it's a question of gun fit and preference. Does the CZ75 fit your hand better or do the Beretta/Taurus 92s fit better? If the 92s fit better then choose the one that has the safety/decocker where you prefer it.
I'll also agree with others, and add a few more pistols that you should consider if you're open to other options. Those would be the FN/Browning Hi-Power, Glock 17/19, Springfield XD9, SIG P22_ series, Walther P99/S&W 99, Ruger P Series, and the HK USP/USP compact.

Have shot all of your choices and the Sig beats them hands down (at least for me)
That is why I bought one!

A year ago, I'd have said don't buy the Beratta or Taurus. Today, working at a gun shop and selling all of the models listed [ I get to fondle the guns:D ], any of them would be fine.
My preference of the three listed, the CZ, then the Taurus in brushed stainless.

Out of those three, it would be the CZ 75. Out of any guns, it would be the CZ75 SP01

I actually slightly prefer the Browning Hi Power, but that's not on your list.

The CZ-75B is utterly reliable and has great ergonomics!

I'd go with the CZ, because of the option of carrying cocked and locked. You'd be better off with a Browning High Power, though. I have one of each.

I would go for the 92, that's whatI use. It may be a bit bigger but it sure works well. I added Laser Grips to it, sure make point it a lot nicer.

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GO STRAIGHT TO THE KING AND GET A HI POWER, BUT IF ONE OF THE THREE, I MUST SAY BUY THE CZ-75. WHILE I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH THE TAURUS SO I CANT SPEAK GOOD OR BAD,I AM CONFIDENT THE CZ CAN HANDLE FAR MORE WEAR AND TEAR!

The one that fits your hand the best of course, baring that, The Beretta 92FS would be my first choice, the CZ second.

Out of the 3 chioces
#1 CZ
#2 Beretta
#3 Taurus
Try all 3 if possible and see which fits and runs the best for you
