I just picked up another 19, and with the "Revolver Checkout" by Jim March, I made sure it's a nice one.
This one has a 4" barrel, cylinder gap at .003", timing good, shot little and carried never, EXTREMELY nice trigger (much better than the 6" 19 I got about a year ago), and very tight lockup.
Anyone help me with approximate manufacture dates?
The 4" is a 19-4, 51K48xx.
The 6" is a 19-3, 7K407xx.
I must say, I seldom shoot and have never carried a revolver as primary, but there's just something about the 19 that makes me keep buying them...
