Check with local gun dealers or the DEC. Do you know clubs there or in Oneonta ?

Any Gander Mountain or Bass Pro shops in your area? They offer gun courses. Are you looking for a handgun course or hunter safety?

i'm looking for handgun safety. the closest gander mtn is over an hour.
