How much to pay for a new Browning BAR 300 WSM? I want to buy one today!

I'm looking to go buy a "BAR Classic Safari" rifle today in 300 WSM. I'm no expert when it comes to price and was wondering what the maximum amount I should pay without having to find out later that I've been ripped off. I want to try and pick it up today, so paying a little extra if I have to won't kill me... but I just don't want to get taken.
I've searched online and found prices from $659-$899. I don't know what the difference was between all the types they listed (N/S, O/S, MKII) MSRP on Browning's site is $900.

Let me see if I can help....
N/S-No iron sights
O/S-Open iron sights
Safari-Has open sights
MkII-Drilled for scope only, no open sights
I have seen them for around $700.00 here is Va.
On a side note, I paid $650.00 for my BAR MKII in .270 Winchester about 6 months ago, and I assure you the rifle will not disappoint you

I love my BAR MkII in 7mm Rem.Mag. :)
I'd try to post a photo, but, I've been having a little 'trubble' doing that lately... ;)

Thanks for the info. I'm going to have to save it for the future... I went out to buy a BAR and came back with a BHP!

:D
I couldn't find any rifles in 300 WSM in stock... and I saw a Hi-Power .40, which I've always wanted so I thought I better not come home empty handed.
But dang, I hate what guns can do to your wallet. I guess I need to remember that "Guns don't spend money, people do." :)
