Are there any state (Pennsylvania) or federal laws that set a minimum age to work at a gunstore? Also I know we have some FFLs here, if you own a gunshop, whats the youngest you would normally hire to work there?

I don't know that there is a minimum age to work in one, but there is likely age restrictions on selling guns. In our business, I showed guns as a young teenager. I never actually did the sales, however.

If the clerk can't do the paperwork, there would be good reasons not to hire the person as an older person could perform more tasks, namely all the proper legal sales stuff. However, age won't limit the person from being employed per se, just the tasks that can be performed.
