I've ordered them directly from the source:

Had to a wait a few weeks once or twice.

+1 on Gunnersalley. I ordered two through them earlier this year. Still took 6-8 weeks (same as direct ordering), but saved $$.

I've purchased from Gunnersalley and direct....If Gunners doesn't have it in stock going direct costs about five bucks more and you might get it quicker. Both are fine companies.......Essex

In the past, I've ordered Don Hume products direct; however I haven't
used his products as of late, so I can't comment about their customer
service?:)

Order them direct. I use one every day and it is fantastic. I just bought one from a gun show and I don't like it as much. Too loose. Seems like it's been stretched out. Get it from Don and they will treat you right.

The Hume holster that I carry with every day I bought from gunnersalley.com , and I wound up getting a great deal. They didn't have the holster I ordered in stock .. but instead of back-ordering or telling me "Sorry, it's not in stock", they had it ordered and sent direct to me from donhume.com , but at their own lower price. That's service right there !

i bought direct from don hume. my dad does as well and the only issue he ran into was he wanted a certain holster for his kahr k9 elite and it was back ordered and it took him about a month and a half to get it. but on more common handguns they have them in stock and ship out in no time.

I bought both a H721 OT and Yaqui Slide-on for my Baby Eagle full-size from them, and I love them both. The gun fits in the H721 like it was born there.

Their customer service was awesome too.

Gunner's Alley has never once responded to any of my e-mails, I talked to Don Hume direct, good customer service.

I've purchased Don Hume holsters direct, from XDGear.com, from a local gun shop at at gun shows. They've all been good holsters. Don Hume and XDGear both gave great service and email notification of shipping.

Bob,
I contacted Gunners Alley via e-mail (just recently) and they were quick to respond. Did you check your junk box or add them to your "safe" list so the mail doesn't get caught in the spam filter??

(The also have a toll free number you can call for help/info/ordering as well)

Very good point Rotorflyr ! Although my experiences with GunnersAlley have been pleasant, as I described in an earlier post .. I HAVE had mail from them, such as my order invoice, be trapped by a spam filter. You might want to check that Silent Bob.

This is a surprise to me. Ed and Brad are on the ball. In fact, I just drove over there and picked up an awesome (lightly used) holster for my 92FS. Great price and great service.

I ordered over the phone directly from Done Hume. Since the holsters I wanted were in stock, they arrived at my house in three days.

I tried ordering a holster from them and it has been a waste of time. They fail to answer email and when I called, the people on the phone, though pleasant, failed to deliver what they promised. I thought I'd save a buck going through Gunner's Alley, but dealing direct with the manufacturer is much less trouble and well worth the 5-10 dollars in "savings" (to me, at least...).

...and they gave me incorrect information on shipping. I will never attempt to deal with these people again.:fire:
