With the new House and Senate going in, are there any thoughts on whether gun owners will be in a better or worse position to get changes to state laws this time around? Carry in public parks and restaurants that serve alcohol should be a no brainer. But from what I read, Jimmy Naifa controls everything in Nashville and he is not our friend. Did we pick up any pro-gun politicians this time around to help overrule Naifa's stranglehold on pro-gun legislation?

In a sense, we did pick up a pro-gun man in the House, but we also lost another. GOP still holds state Senate, Tyrant Naifeh still is Speaker, and a NY Dem is still Gov. Hopefully the Republicans get their heads out of their asses before 08. Right now, any gun law reform for TN is dead in the water.

Well, you have a chance to carry in National Parks in Tennessee, if you call your Senators!
