H&K makes by far the best ones, hands down. They have a follower that cannot tilt out of kilter, and they are magnificent in their construction, but will run close to 50 dollars each. Also they are steel.
For the lighter, and a bit less extravagant, Brownell's has been making them in both 20 and 30 round capacity lately, and by all accounts they are terrific. I have but one of them, and it is as good as any of the others I own.

I really don't think you're going to get much lighter than the aluminum bodied 20 and 30 round magazines currently available on the market.
The magazine that Brownells sells won some type of government contract and is supposed to be very high quality.

I agree i think the aluminum mags are great, they are cheap, light weight enough and work forever. there are severla place right now selling 10 of the 30rd mags for $100, brand new in the wrapper.

Okay Sherwin, I have to ask, what is it that you want from these light magazines such that the slight differences in weight between steel, aluminum, or plastic versions would make a difference? What is the significance of having such light mags?
