I think the previous poll was skewed as it assumed everyone had some problems with taurus handguns, as well as lumping aluminum/titanium/steel into the same poll.

so here's mine ;-)

I only have some PC stiff triggers, no other problems.

I am selling the 6" 357 for $330

I think that the fact that you have to have polls like this should tell everyone the score on Taurus products.

Minor problems only, nothing requiring a return trip to Florida.

I've seen a lot of people having problems with S&W and Ruger as well.. do a poll on the Sigma and see what comes up.

The two Taurii we have function flawlessly, and the fit and finish on my wife's Tracker is actually better than my Ruger GP-100 (by a very tiny bit).

Sigma is a low point in S&W history. No comparison to S&W revolvers. For that matter a Taurus is not comparable ti a S&W revolver either.

We must have got very lucky with my wife's 627, 90% of the folks at our club are S&W hardliners, every one that has tried her Taurus has been shocked (in a good way).
