I have a Dan Wesson Model 14 .357 (the service model with the fixed sights.) I am looking to have it reblued at a local gunsmith. How much should this service cost me?

Also, are there any custom grips out there for it?

I recently sent a Trooper MK III back to Colt for rebluing. They charged about $200 including shipping and did a great job. You might check and see if Wesson provides a refinishing service.

Hi
Ford's in Florida does a gorgeous job and I believe the best out there. I see no other Refinishers giving a full one year warranty on any of their refinishing work. here is a link to their web site.

You might want to search the internet for people who do the job and prices. Many gunsmiths just send it out as keeping the tanks and chemicals around can be a hassle if they don't have enough demand. The most expensive part of a blue job is the polishing. Bead blast or matt on the inexpensive end, high gloss blue substabtially more.
