I am looking for percussion guns made before 1890, they have to be authentic and not be replicas of old guns I am interested in both single shot guns and revolvers and don’t want to pay more the 400$-500$ or so for it. Is is even possible? I have to purchase it from the Internet or someone that can ship it as I do not live in the US.

I just went to a small antique gunshow last week, it's was sponsored by our state gun collector's guild. There were about 40-50 small tables, everybody has a niche or specialty. There are many different kinds and styles of guns in every state of condition, so the prices vary widely.
Some gunshops carry antiques also, but certainly not as wide of a selection and the prices aren't always as flexible.
You need to know what you want, and a person would have to inspect the piece very thoroughly to determine the condition.
Civil War era guns seem to be much more expensive nowdays.
Sometimes when I go to shows, I get obtain contact information so that I can contact the person after the show is over to make a deal for a gun. No one likes to make a bad decision by buying a gun on the spot without further considering other guns at the show, or to contemplate the purchase.
So, sometimes I make contacts with the area antique gun dealers that way. Pretty much the same people are usually found selling their wares at the shows anyways. And they are held periodically, depending on the organization, 1 - 3 times a year.

The authentic guns usually command quite a premium unless you stumble across one in a backwoods shop somewhere or find a seller who doesn't know what they have. $400-500 probably won't buy a working revolver but might buy you a beater single shot. If you want it for shooting, I think you'll either need to increase your budget, or consider a replica.
