Anybody tried em? How do you like them?

I bought some Precision bullets and Bear Creek bullets. Haven't gotten any Master Blaster bullets.

The Bear creek bullets were poorly coated. I have not tried them. Will probably give them away. Did I get a bad batch? Both .40 & .45 were poor.

The Precision bullets were nicely coated and preliminary shooted showed promise.

Any thoughts, suggestions, loads?

I have shot some Bear Creek, they looked as well coated as the other brands I have tried. I use them for .38 Special; higher velocity than jacketed, less smoke than lubed. Masterblasters were less evenly coated but the coating was tight and they shoot ok, too. Precision's new swaged bullets seem the smoothest coated but it doesn't make them shoot better than the others that I can tell. The original Bull-X CSJ was awfully good but no longer made.

I've loaded about 1500 and shot 500 of the coated Precision Bullets 45 Cal 200GR SWCs.

I like them, they are accurate and clean to load and shoot.

One warning is that since they are soft compared to hard cast bullets, I have to be very careful when loading to start the bullet in the case squarely and flare the case mouth more than normal - or I end up with damaged bullet tips. Even being as careful as possible, I end up with a few damaged bullets.

I've loaded ~1000 230gr .45 ACP + 750 125gr 9mm. They work great for IDPA style matches and could be used for bullseye if you choose. As stated above, clean, no lead exposure, but you do have to flare the case slightly more as to not damage the coating. http://www.precisionbullets.com
Nice thing is they are cheaper than FMJ, but give you the lead protection. I'd recommend trying them out.
