Question about a 2 importer marked SIG P220.

Yesterday I saw a SIG P220 .38 super with both a SIG ARMS Exeter, NH and a PW Arms, Redmond WA importer mark on same pistol.

Does anyone know the history of such a critter?
Did the pistol leave the country once and returned with a different importer?
Grey market gun?
Will SIG ARMS NH work on the gun?

Not like I'm the font of any Sig knowledge, but I've never heard of such a thing. Was it a Euro model with the mag release on the heel?
