Actually, Group One owns both TFL (it's still there, you know!) and SWAT. Group One, of course, is Rich Lucibella. Rich does not own THR, although he posts every once in awhile, and he very deliberately stays out of running this place. As far as I know, Rich is no longer involved in any forums.
