I own the gun listed in the title. I bought it in the late 80s. it has lamanated wood with engraving on each side of the receiver. Three chokes... I would like to find one for my wife and can't find one like it anywhere. Can anyone offer me any information on this shotgun? What is it worth? Since I can't find one like it I am wondering how many they made? Any help would be appreciated. I could send pictures to anyone who could help me if they saw what it looked like.

Like that one?
There's more on Gunbroker & GunsAmerica.com too. Just search "1300 NWTF." Different years, styles and conditions will fetch a very wide range of prices, as with a lot of shotguns. Watch the auction and see what it ends for, or log in and search completed auctions. You'll occasionally get a lowball, but for pretty much anything (not just guns), I find the auction sites are great ways of judging what the fair value of an item is. If the market can't handle it, what can?

and watch the sites carefully noting which guns are relisted over and over.

Fair market value implies a seller and a buyer! Many Gunbroker guns are listed way high and get re-listed over and over. Why? Because they don't charge to re-list and they just might get lucky....

speaking of getting lucky.....what do you think the chances of the seller delivering that 1300 NWTF in person are? ;)
