Just replaced the grips on my Taurus .410/.45LC. On the original grips, my middle finger was pressed against the back of the trigger guard and when I fired, it bruised my finger. The new grips from Hogue are rubber like the original (the only one Hogue carries for this model) but the rubber comes down farther on the trigger guard and your finger is protected. Have not fired it yet, but think it will be a big improvement. For what it's worth!
