I've been wanting to order a couple of Kelly Worden's Travel Wrenches for some time now, and I see that Botach carries them for what appears to be half the price of other vendors.

I've heard horror stories about Botach from years ago, so I am reluctant to place an order with them. The question is, has their Customer Service improved?

I haven't had any problem with them recently. They take a while, but so far their rate of mistakes is down, and they do answer the phone.

A warning, though. If you're planning on taking the "travel wrench", the "stinger" or anything similar on a plane don't do it. TSA is aware of such things and will give you a very hard time.
