I don't think this is a weapon, unless chicken and veggies gives you the runs
One time I was eating MRE's with a friend of mine at his house (his dad was airforce) and I had to go back in the house to grab the pitcher of tea... well while I was gone he managed to empty that entire little tabasco bottle into my spaghetti sauce. So, he had to get his own tea because I claimed the rest of the pitcher.
Perhaps this was to go in the picture testing forum?

:barf:
Three times as many calories for the same amount of weight
can be available by carrying rice and lentils with far less packaging.
MRE's appear to be a bone thrown to the modern soldier.
Soldier: ask your commander this question:
"We're putting our lives on the line here.
Where's our freaking cook?"
PS: What brilliant mind decided that a soldier in combat
will be concerned with "Nutrition facts"?

They're fun to eat once in a while, but not for three months.
After that point, everyone just dumped them all into the Rat-F*** box and fished out the single items they liked. I was living on the peanut-butter, cream-crackers, fudge brownie, Combos pretzel/cheese snacks, and ZamZam Iranian cola bought from the tajjirs.
It having been almost two years since I ate one, I think I wouldn't mind eating one again, especially the new flavors that have come out in the last couple years.
Is there some website that lists the current-issue MREs? There should be 24 different packages, and they're always cycling through.

I never minded the c-rations Uncle gave me, some years ago. Other than the cans being OD in color, they were no different from the canned food one might buy at a grocery store. The only thing I've never seen available in civilian packaging is the round crackers that came in a "tuna can" usually with a candy disk of some kind. Water crackers are similar in flavor and have the same shape, but the c-ration crackers were thicker and firmer to the bite.

No problem, but it's non-firearms weapons.
The dessicated pork patties could have been considered a lethal weapon by some, but I don't even think they fit get average definition of a weapon.
