Anyone tried the Hogue grips on a Redhawk?

I have a Ruger Redhawk 44 mag which has Pachmayr Presentation grips on it - they're a little hard and fairly large. Anyone tried the Hogue(?) decelerator grips on the gun? What'd ya think of them? Comfortable? Better accuracy? Thanks...

I like wood on revolvers, but have trouble with many of them being too short for my hands, so I put some of these on my Redhawk; I have been quite happy with them. Not sure who made them, I got them at a gun show.
