Yes. If a new ban isn't passed, it'll be like the old ban never existed.

As long as your state doesn't ban it. Those in Cali will still be limited to 10 rounds. And those in New York can't significantly change the look of the gun. You can't have a mag hanging down beyond the grip. So +2s are illegal, even on preban mags.
