Republic arms of South Africa....not of Chino CA....:D

It is really hard to find information on this company....When they started, Where in SA they are, what other models they produce, do they make long guns? etc....

I have only found info on ther RAP 401 and 440.

Does anyone know of they make other pistols or rifles? Or know of a website where I can find more info?

This is interesting to me...I have ordered the RAP....sight unseen, from a company I know nothing about...from a country that Im not sure I trust.

Just hope I am not dissapointed.

I cant imagine you not LOVING your RAP.My 440's are easily as nice as any handgun from anybody! If they held 10 rounds theyd be perfect.:cool:

There is a gun on the Gunsamerica site that is called a PAF Junior.

Here is the description.

Caliber .25 ACP. Made in South Africa by the Pretoria Arms Factory. Patterned after the Baby Browning, although somewhat larger.

I guess they do have something else. I don't know the age though.
