Sure, if you want a funky rifle that you'll never be able to buy upgrade parts for or a magazine greater than ten rounds.
The 10/22 is still the king of the self-loading .22 world for most purposes, and with careful shopping you could probably go home with a 10/22 and tacticool looking stock for less or about as much as a G22.
I handled one and wasn't very impressed with it. It didn't seem to fit at all, and I found it awkward. I have no clue about its accuracy or reliability, though.
