Finishing and fireproofing my gunsafe

I am almost finished with my gunsafe. I took a burned gunsafe from the Fallbrook, Ca. fire and had a 3/16" thick steel box 4 ft. deep by 5 ft. wide welded on to the door section [ back 6" from the front of the safe]. I painted the safe inside and out and raised it 10" off the floor. I have now finished glueing 5/8th thick sheetrock [ using 1500 degree furnace glue] to the inside, and also to the exposed outside of the safe. On top I intend to put 3 layers of the same thickness sheet rock, and then get the expanding heat sealer Cannon safes use for around the door. After sanding the inside I will paint it a gloss white, and use brazilian Ironwood for the racks [ it has a high ignitian point.] Have I forgotten anything? :scrutiny: :uhoh: :D

I'm not very good with a computer, but I'll borrow my neighbors digital camera and see if I can work it. I just wish I could do wall board better. Is there a secret to texturing it?
