T/C .410/.45 LC barrel question

Can one safely shoot .454 Cassull through this barrel? I have never tried but it should chamber properly since it will hold a .45 LC round or up to a 3" .410 shotgun shell.

Kaboom....maybe....not willing to try with mine. I'm going to find some 9.3x74R brass to mess with on ebay, though, and try to get some accuracy out of the barrel that .45 brass doesn't get. Not sure where to start with a charge, but I'll have to thoroughly research it when the time comes.
