Question about the Uberti Birds Head Grip

Hello all, first post, but I have lurked for a while. I searched on this and couldn't find anything. I have been looking to install the Thunderer style grip frame on my USFA Rodeo, but I have been trying to find what the difference is between the standard front half of the frame is versus the Thunderer front half. I have been looking for drawings, specs, pictures to no avail.

Oh, ordering through Cimarron for frame components and grips. Just don't want to waste the $67 on the front half if I can make the stock front half work. Thanks!
