I'm looking to convert the above mentioned to pistol grip and 18" barrel. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi ! Welcome to THR !
The Marlin 120 is not a bad shotgun but there are no after market products made to fit it .
I'm not a fan of pistol grip only shotguns anyway and would ask you to consider leaving the stock as is for much better control.
That said, it's your gun and you can do it your way as long as you are willing to cut down the original parts ( stock and barrel ) to make what you want. Be careful to keep the barrel length above 18" as measured from the bolt face, and the overall length has to be at least 26" as I recall .
If you need a gunsmith to do that work you would likely be just as well off buying a pistol grip Mossberg Persuader , and using the Marlin as a trade in for it.

You may be better off keeping the Marlin as is and buying a Mossberg or a Remington you can get tons of bolt on stuff for either. There are many Marlin collectors that may be interested in an unaltered 120.
