I need to purchase 2-3 mags. These are new and made in USA. Are they any good? I currently have 2 milsurp that work all the time.

Compare them to the surplus originals at www.jgsales.com. Sportsmans Guide has been very good at refunding my money on things that I didn't think were up to snuff quality wise. I've had no problems so far with a bunch of their cheap "GI" 1911 mags that were on sale for $6 ea about a year ago.

It's unlikely to find reasonably priced original magazines out there for the CZ-52. I have 5 aftermarket magazines and they work just fine.
Get 'em while you can SG has a tendency to run out of things if they are really popular.

Thanks for the input. J&G do not list any and Makarov wants $28 so I will order from SG tomorrow. Again Thanks.

Huh? Try this:
http://www.jgsales.com/index.php/magazines-for-handguns/cz-52-magazines/cPath/178_183
$16.95 for "very good" $19.95 for "like new" didn't say out of stock when I ordered one last week.
How much are the ones from SG? SG does have a good return policy.

Just make sure they're not Promag, the brand most likely to :barf:

I haven't been too happy with Triple-K or USA brand either. I've certainly had more ProMag that didn't work than ones that did over the years.
Got what was supposed to be an AR10 mag from SG, when I opened the package I could visibly move the feed lips together by squeezing the mag body with my fingers. I packaged it back up and sent it back with the "poor quality" return code and promptly got my money back (was out the shipping sending it back though).

When I checked last night at J&G I could not find any. Now I see, SG has them for $17.97 for members. I have not called yet to check on brand. But now I am more likely to go with J&G because I know the milsurp work well.
Again, thanks for the input.
