I know Bowen could do that for you, not a real cheap option though. Can also get 32-20 IIRC.

S&W reissued the M16 in .32 H&R in the early '90s. You ought to be able to find one for the price of a conversion.

Also you could look for a S&W Model 16. These were reintroduced in .32 Magnum, though not easy to find as were only made for a few years. I think a local shop has one, not cheap, but certainly cheaper than a full Bowen conversion would be.
