May 28, 2003 -- I see that although they must turn in antitank weapons and high explosives, the Iraqi population will be allowed to keep small arms at home for self-defense.
Am I the only one who thinks it's screwed up that New Yorkers are denied a right so basic that even the Iraqis recognize it?
