I think I've squashed this. I get to blame others... it's a vbulletin bug. :)

Anyone wanting to direct these messages into a separate mailbox, all mail from THR now contains the header
X-TheHighRoad:
(it's empty)
In addition, thread notifications and PM notifications have subjects starting with [THR].

I'd suggest filtering based only on X-TheHighRoad if at all possible. It's easier to maintain, and the [THR] tags might change or go away. Also, not all messages from THR contain those [THR] tags; only thread and pm notifications do.
