You'd have to call Creedmoor to get a firm price, but if I recal correctly, you can expect to shell out $4-6K for a new one.... By most accounts they are worth it - particularly if you are into Hi-Power shooting.

Good luck,
Erud

The Tubb 2000 is probably the best highpower match-class rifle. If you are interested in a tube gun design, check out this article:

I heard about this rifle from one of the shooters at my club who owns a Tubb 2000. It looks like a great kit if you already have a Remington 700 action.

Creedmore is raising the price an additional $970 to $4520. More details, see that thread.

ETA: I now notice the date on that thread is pretty old, so maybe that price change has already happened?

Yeah, the price increase is already in effect. You're talking $5500-6000 for the rifle, sights, sling, to get it ready to shoot. Once in a blue moon, they show up for sale used on the highpower boards, but they don't last very long.

If you're on a budget, you could always build a MAK or Eliseo tube gun.

In fact, there's one for sale now at Nationalmatch.us - no word on what caliber and barrel length, though.
