I have had several 30.06 and .45APC shells primed, but they have been sitting on my bench for 5 month. It has been cool and dry with 80-90% humidity. Should I dump the primers out and reprime reload and and go pop caps. I usually bag the primed hulls until I can put powder and bullets together.
Had health problems and had to walk away.

Primers don't care if they're sitting in a box or seated in the case. They'll work just fine as long as you don't soak them in oil.

I've had primed cases sitting on the shelf for YEARS and had no problems using them.
