Trade my Enforcer for a Glock 21?

Gents,

I have been contemplating trading off my Universal Enforcer (pistol version of the M1 carbine if you are unfamiliar) for a while. Basically I have been on a quality over quantity kick lately. My dealer has some police trade-in Glock 21s. I am thinking it would be close to an even trade based on his pricing. What I am wanting to know is how are the Glock 21s? I have never been too much of a Glock fan, but the 21s and 20s have a certain appeal due to their calibers. I know hi-caps are expensive, but in 45 I can live with 10 rounds.

Any opinions would be welcome.

Thanks!

The G21 is ok but I prefer to shoot the G30 even though it gives up some velocity. In the full sized fat frame I prefer the G20.

The G17 is one of my favorites.

Good luck,

The Glock 21 is a great gun. I have the 30, which is the smaller version, and it is an extremely accurate little gun, with little recoil for its caliber. Should you purchase this piece, I'm sure you will be very fond of it.

Well I got the 21. An LEO friend of mine is a Glock armorer, so he came over and took it apart completely. Talk about filthy! Whatever PD had them did not clean them. After a cleaning it the gun looks great. I had my pick of 40, so I went through a dozen and picked the one with the least apparent wear. Came with two 10 round mags, and unfortunately the NY trigger. That will go ASAP. I got this pistol cheap enough I planned to resell it quickly, but my friend talked me into trying it out. I will see what I think after the range.
