Awhile back I saw a selection of .22s at my local gun store that were apparently Chipmunks, but with Barracuda stocks. The Barracudas were laminated and I almost bought one for the gorgeous wood alone, until I realized I would be better served by taking a break from bringing home guns to surprise my wife with :D .

Anybody here ever have one of these conversions? If so what was your experience with them? The barrel seemed awful short, and the whole rifle was kiddie-scaled. Oh, and IIRC it had a bead for a sight.

they are kids guns, no doubt, but they also make this in a single shot pistol version! also in 17hmr and mach 2. the first one I see, will be mine.
they are reliable, all american made, decent little guns, plenty accurate, and would normally be seen with peep sites on the rear. i have no qualms recommending them.
