According to their website, it doesn't appear so...

Full-size, that is....

AFAIK, the only sig that has a manual safety (besides their 1911 clones) is the Mosquito (and I believe it is ambi).

Other than that, no, Sigs aren't terribly lefty friendly. It's not the decocker position that bothers me, as decocking isn't something that's usually needed in a hurry. What bugs me is the location of the slide release. It's in the perfect position for a righty to hit is with his thumb. It's impossible to reach for a lefty, though, requiring the lefty shooter to slingshot the slide. I don't dig that, personally.

They make a left handed SIGarms pistol, it's called a HK P-2000!

:neener:

Really, if you shoot pistols left handed like me ;) and want a SIG get the new DAK models. They shoot DA only and you can switch the mag release.

Why more gun companies make semi auto pistols that are ambi or left hander freindly I'll never know...

The Walther P99 SW99 Phoenix line and HK P-2000/2000SK are the only pistols I know about.

HKs are definitely the most Lefty-Friendly guns out there.

That's one of the main reasons they are my favorite brand.

I hate how some companies charge way toooooooooooooo much for their ambi safety models. Like an ambi safety is a new invention.

A SiG is VERY left hand friendly in my opinion...when I set out to buy my first duty semi-auto during the Wondernine years (1987) I found the SiG Sauer P226...
Trigger Finger for DeCocking
Trigger Finger for Mag Release (don't change the mag release around)
Sling Shot Method for Slide Release...
Enjoy!

Sig X5's have ambi safeties, don't they? And they come in 9mm, too. ;)

How much you lookin' to spend?
