Well, I'm leaving for the airport in just a short time, and realized that I wasn't sure if I could have my Benchmade 3" folder in Denmark. Anybody know?

Fosbery January 9, 2007, 01:16 PM I am not sure if it is legal to own but it is NOT legal to carry. Danish laws certainly prevent the carrying (and possible the ownership) of: Knives designed to be opened one-handed Folding knives that lock open Knives with a blade length greater than...something like 2.5" Very restrictive. Spyderco made a limited edition DKPK which is a smaller version of the UKPK, but with the spydie hole mostly filled in. TrapperReady January 9, 2007, 03:56 PM Folding knives that lock open OK, all else aside, what is the deal with this? Wouldn't an Opinel be illegal under that definition?
