I'm looking to go off on a roadtrip for a "Whitetail Trophy Of a Lifetime" hunt next rifle season. I've researched the ranches in the classified section of my American Hunter and NWTF magazines, but I wanted to see if any of you have had personal experiences in this arena that you would recommend. I want to go to a reputible place that offers an all around experience, not a "canned hunt." I'm looking anywhere from Texas to Montana. Any suggestions?

Check out Hoover Creek Outfitters at www.hunthoovercreek.com
It's a friend's place, but I really think you'd agree it's a great hunt at a great price. 100% fair chase with guys who grew up there and care about the place. They're building a tremendous lodge right now. Can't hurt to contact them and see what you think.

Thanks for the reply. I checked out the website, but it appears that they only offer archery hunts. I am looking for a rifle hunt.
