Weapon-Specific Training Posts--Where?

I just posted a carbine training class post in the strategies and tactics forum...for future reference should I post platform specific training-related posts in the tools & tech area or S&T?

IMO, training threads go in the S&T forum since the main topic is the class itself and not necessarily the weapon the class is training you for.
