Based on a recent convoluted First Amendment discussion (here (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24465)) about whether a Muslim woman can be forced to bare her face to get a drivers license and/or drive, I'm wondering about people's take on whether there is any RKBA violation if you are forced to disarm to partake in the "privilege" of driving.

Ethics: The right to be armed flows directly from the right of self defense, and that exists wherever we are, whatever we're doing
Constitutional: To Bear arms is to carry them. Again, this exists wherever you are (in the USA, anyway)
Law: Varies by jurisdiction
