Keeping a shooting journal

Just a bit of advice I got from a shooting sports book. I've been keeping a shooting journal for about 3 months now and it's very helpful. I write how I did (I shoot trap by the way) and what I was having trouble with, what I felt helped etc. Then I can review if I have a similar problem in the future. For example, I had been having trouble lately with hard rights and lefts. I had noted in my journal a month or so ago that bending my leg was helping me swing better so I immediately corrected this time around. Just a thought.

Great idea. I confess I do not, and oft have to backtrack to see where and how I need to retrain to bring things back together.
