Substitute Smoke

Which BP (if any) sub. produces the least smoke? I tried some Goex Clear Shot yesterday and saw little difference between it and holy black but it was a very damp day and I don't think it was burning right. It also took several strikes to get the primers to go off so I think the problems were from extreme dampness.

I`ve tested all the subs out there and don`t like any of them but ...777 smokes the least .

American Pioneer Powder doiesn't smoke much....but the stuff sucks as far as accuracy. Deal with the smoke and use pyrodex or 777 :)

I always wondered why nobody makes a truly smokeless, BP sub.. Do you think C&B revolvers would be allowed into indoor ranges, if they did?

I'd pay twice as much for smokeless BP If I could shoot indoors. Most of the outdoor ranges here are only seasonal.
