Moss 835 Tactical Turkey...

Just wondering if anyone around here has one. I am looking for something to bring with me on my next Alaska trip. I want something to shoot ducks with and keep around the tent for bears. I like the stock and the ability to use chokes. The duck hunting is easy up there and shooting is close. The stock would be a bonus on the raft, in the tent and in the alders.
However, I am a lefty and would need to move the spare ammo carrier over to the other side. I wanted to know if it is removable or able to switch sides.
I can not seem to find one locally. Thanks!
Matt

Does that have the overbored barrel like most 835's have? If so, you won't be able to use slugs in it (if you wanted to, for bear).

I'm not familiar with the spare ammo carrier that comes with that model or if one comes standard, but I do know that you can get an Advanced Technology model and mount it yourself on either side of the stock. I did and couldn't be happier. Most AT stuff is garbage, but I like the shell holder.

I guess I could get a slug bbl as well. Would an overbored bbl just lack accuracy or is it dangerous to shoot slugs out of?

I don't think it's dangerous, but it's enough for me that the manual says not to do it. 24" cylinder-bored barrels are out there that can shoot shot and slugs both. Other than that, look at a non-overbored shotgun.
