What Model Number?

I've been searching old threads to find out what S&W Model number I'm looking for. There's a particular revolver I've been keeping my out for at all the local gunshops but no luck finding one. I THOUGHT I knew the model number but now I'm not so sure. Here are the specs:
Blue Finish
3" barrel
Ejector Rod Shroud
.357 Magnum caliber
K Frame

Pinned barrel, recessed cylinder, hammer with firing pin.

I thought it was a Model 13, but the ones I've been able to search for all have a heavy barrel without the ER shroud.

Help a fellow out, Please?

A PC-13 from Lew Horton? SCSW indicates that only 400 were produced, 3" barrel, ported, shrouded, DAO. I am assuming fixed sights only?

Correct, fixed sights only. Man, I must be really getting old because I could have sworn that the configuration I've quoted was a stock model, not a limited or special run!

ETA, I'm talking late '70s or very early '80s vintage, if that makes any difference.

I think the K Ladysmith had a shrouded rod and fixed sights, but do not know if it was available in blue or only stainless.

This would have way preceded the LadySmith pieces.

There was a thread some years ago either here on The High Road or over on The Firing Line, that had some pictures of some of what I'm thinking about. Tamara posted some pictures of her personally owned weapons and they were, I thought, Model 13s.

I think there may have been some M19's produced with fixed sights in 3" for export in the 70's, I can't can't recall the particulars, but they sure were not stock guns, and I don't know if any stayed in the country. The 65LS had a shrouded ER, I don't think there was a 13LS.

It should have a model number. The only 3" K frame .357s I know of are the 13, 65 and the very rare 3" 19. There may be some very recent models I haven't seen but they should all have model numbers.

There was a limited run of 3" M66 back in the 80s but those have adjustable sights. The M13 was offered in a 3" configuration as was the 38 Spl M10 but those don't have a shrouded ejector rod. The M27 was offered in 3&1/2" but again has adjustable sights and is an N-Frame. The Model 36 (J-Frame) was also available in three inch in two different versions, without the shroud and without sights, and with the shroud but with adjustable sights.

A K-Comp perhaps? The K-Comp is a three-inch Model 19 with compensated barrel, round butt, and matte finish.

It appears that my memory isn't what it used to be. It's gotta be either the 13 /65, but I coulda swore that they had the ER shroud like the 19/66. Thanks for the help, all.
