I'm still in a kind of awe as to it's condition. When it was given to me (not even two weeks ago), I expected to recieve something that I was going to have to drop off at a gunsmith and shell out some money to have restored. Thankfully, my Dad, then Grandpa, then Uncle, stored it well and took care of it. From what I've been told, saying that it has had 50 rounds through it would be a high estimate.

Almost a shame to put rounds through it... But it was made for shootin', and I plan on doing just that. :)

Goucho, it's actually a four-incher.

Sniper, it's a set of three (sometimes four) 3/8-inch thick foam-core poster boards velcro'ed together and a 500w halogen shop light. Thank god for RAW and Photoshop. :p

I ordered up some dirt cheap Federal 110gr. "Law Enforcement" ammo for it, along with a pair of HKS speedloaders today. I'm hoping to take it to the range for the first time after work a week from tomorrow. :)
